Valuation
We look at the property and comparable sales in the area and give you a realistic price estimate.

Condition report and prospectus
A surveyor prepares the condition report. We write the prospectus with everything a buyer is entitled to know.

Listing and viewing
The property is listed on FINN and on our website, and we hold the viewing.

Bidding and contract
We run the bidding, and once you agree, the purchase contract is signed.

Settlement and registration
The price goes through the client account, the deed is registered and mortgages are deleted. Only then is the sale complete.
Valuation / e-takst
Order a valuation.
The e-takst describes the property, includes photos and a selection of comparable sold properties in the area. It can be used for mortgages, refinancing and private sales.
